Misyar marriage is a form of marriage where the woman does not claim the rights that should be obtained in marriage, namely birth support. The woman has revoked her rights to the man who wants to marry her and the woman only demands inner support. This research method uses library research methods, with the hope of being able to analyze data and provide interpretations that are related to the research theme, namely being able to create a theory building based on a systematic and objective way of thinking by collecting, evaluating, verifying and searching for theses and sources. data that leads to accurate and valid conclusions. The research results show that Yusuf Qardhawi allows the practice of misyar marriage with a number of conditions and restrictions, such as the willingness of both parties, the fulfillment of the wife's rights, transparency, and not being used as an excuse to practice polygamy carelessly. Qardhawi's view has implications for the need to reinterpret several provisions in munakhat fiqh, especially regarding the rights and obligations of husband and wife, emphasis on the principle of consent, the need for clearer regulations, and consideration of the social and cultural context.
